A breakdown of how I plan, shoot, and edit my action shots—from camera setups to storytelling.

What you see in my portfolio is the result of hours of planning, patience, and teamwork. Shooting action content in the snow isn't just about hitting tricks—it's about capturing emotion, movement, and light at exactly the right moment.
My setup often includes two riders with GoPros and a photographer with a mirrorless camera (usually a Sony A7 IV). We scout locations for light and safety, and I choreograph runs based on terrain and shot framing.
One of my favorite recent shots? A midair grab during golden hour with powder flying around me like stardust. It took 6 tries to get right, and the photographer was practically buried in snow. But the final image was worth every effort.
Storytelling is key. I want every photo to evoke energy and emotion, not just showcase tricks. That’s what turns a moment into a memory.
